I'm actually not sure who is the author of this work. The Photo is tagged with "other", but it doesn't look like an "oil stick made" other piece.
I got an answer by Other . He made this in 1998 .. that s why i marked it for history.

Is this a real Banksy or not? While i read a great article by the Vandalog about Banksy I just remebered the posting of the photo above that i saw over a year ago on the italian website pimpmytrain.com . Real Banksy or not - the train was running painted.
